Help to join the Housing Register

Just like you, we’re working as hard as we can to manage in these times of uncertainty and disruption caused by coronavirus. So some things may take us longer than usual.

If you need support with joining the housing register, please email homelink@nottinghamcityhomes.org.uk with your:

  • name 
  • address
  • date of birth
  • telephone number
  • your application number (if you’re registered already).

We’ll give you a call back as soon as we can.

If you have supporting documents that you need to send to us, you can take a clear photo of each one and send them to us by email to homelinkidentification@nottinghamcityhomes.org.uk.

Please quote your application reference number in the email subject heading and please also include in the email your name, address and date of birth.

Or, you can post them to Nottingham City Homes, PO Box 10658, Nottingham NG8 9NW.

Temporary suspension of mutual exchange applications

For the safety of applicants and staff, we have temporarily suspended mutual exchanges during the current coronavirus pandemic.

Sadly we cannot currently accept any new applications. Any received will be returned to you for sending in again when the situation has improved.

Applications received on or after the date that the Government announced the current lockdown arrangements (Monday 23 March) have also been suspended. These applications will be treated as a priority when the situation improves.

Spread nothing but kindness

We can all do our bit to help others through this outbreak.

Please check on your neighbours if possible, especially those who are vulnerable. You can do that by dropping them a text, giving them a call, or knocking on their door and taking two or three steps back so you’re an appropriate distance away.

If you are self-isolating and don’t have family, friends or neighbours who can help with essentials like picking up your medicine, delivering food or household supplies, phone 0115 915 5555 to be connected with community support and neighbourhood volunteer teams. 

We run Nottingham on Call providing 24/7 support for vulnerable Nottingham residents; we can provide vital assistance and reassurance during periods of self-isolation.
