IES & BST reserve the right to cancel any course if the deemed number of delegates needed to run the course is not reached.

Cancellation Policy

Notice period if you cancel:	Charge:
6 - 3 months prior to the event	No charge
3 - 1 month prior to the event	25%
Less than 28 days prior to the event	50%
Less than 14 days prior to the event	50%
Less than 7 days prior to the event	100%
