• Access to the Council's core learning and development offered at a discounted rate
• Bespoke learning and development interventions which focus on all areas from team building and psychometric testing, to Leadership training and / or development of specific skills. These can be delivered using a range of different delivery channels including coaching, action learning, e-learning, group workshops and traditional classroom training tailored to suit you
• Design, delivery and evaluation of development programmes, based on an assessment of your school's individual needs
• Advice and support with designing and delivering your interventions, if required
• Individual, group and INSET sessions (for individual or groups of schools) tailored to your school's specific needs
• Learning and Development services (including access to our core offer) can be purchased on a consultancy basis with prices based on our hourly, half day and daily rates.
