Schools Finance Support have scheduled a number of new finance training courses for Governors, Head Teachers, School Business Managers and Administrators
Budget Management Training
This course is aimed at Head Teachers, School Business Managers and Administrators to provide an overview of budget planning, monitoring and controlling process including case studies.

- The Budget Setting process
- Budget Monitoring, Forecasting and Control
- The Year-End Process
