Schools Finance can provide support for your Medium term financial planning using our Budget Planning software which has a facility to produce a 3 or 5 year plan.  We will also support all schools with their deficit recovery plan.

• Medium-term financial planning - The 3-year financial plan submission was approved as part of the revised Fair Funding Scheme at the February Schools Forum. Our Budget Planning software has a facility to produce a 3 or 5-year plan. We will provide support and guidance on this as part of your package.
• Support decision making – proposals can be judged against the strategic plan to assess how closely they align and the impact on the financial plan to aid the decision making process.
