Resources can be booked for a half term period, and can be booked up to a year in advance. Advance booking is recommended as many of our resources are in high demand!

We will arrange collection and return dates on booking, so have your diary handy!

Charges

Our charges per resource box or group of 8-12 objects are as follows:

	All Schools
Half term	£90

We will issue an invoice for the loan amount after the resources have been collected.

You will need to collect the resources from our store in Wollaton, but we do offer a collection and delivery service for an additional cost of £20 for Nottingham City Schools..

Subscriptions

If your school uses several resources over a school year then you will benefit from our subscription service. Through this you can book 3, 6, or 9 loans over a year. The more resources you use, the lower the cost per resource.

We will charge a flat sum at the start of your subscription period, and you will be free to book resources at any stage of the year after that. In addition, you will be able to book additional loans at a 10% discount
