The Property Services Department will provide all necessary professional support to ensure that the school's buildings and systems are maintained to the highest standards, and can also offer professional guidance with:-

- Legionella risk assessments and water management
- Asbestos surveys and logbooks
- Fire risk assessments
- Advice on statutory compliance
- Building Maintenance Issues
