Change of Bank Signatory
All Schools
Any changes to school bank accounts need to be notified to Schools Finance by completing the Bank1 form and emailing it to schools.finance@nottinghamcity.gov.uk
In addition the following steps also need to be taken depending on who you bank with.
For schools under NCC Lloyds banking group umbrella
Step 1. Nottingham City Council are administering changes on behalf of Lloyds Bank, any changes to users/authorisers will need to be notified to the Income Management team by clicking this link and completing the on-line request. https://nottinghamcity-self.achieveservice.com/service/Financial_System_Request.
The following requests can be made on-line :
- New Lloyds User Account
- Amend Existing Lloyds User Account
- Delete User Account
- Temporary Suspend User Account
- Unlock Account and Password Reset
- Order New Security PIN
- Reset Telephony PIN
- Order New Smartcard
- Order New Card Reader Device
Step2. Complete the ‘Signatory Amendment Form NCC Group’ below and post the original document to School Finance, 3rd Floor, Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham NG2 3NG.
**Please only complete Section 2 and/or Section 3 of this form, all other Sections will be completed by colleagues in the Banking Team. This form will be then be forwarded onto Lloyds bank.

If you are using any other bank, you will need to contact your bank to obtain the change of signatory form and then submit to them directly with the updated information.
